In Wilkes-Barre, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across Pennsylvania, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Alfred and his staff work hard everyday how to keep each customer satisfied. It's obvious that the picture you see in the bathroom was caused by a delinquent. Only occasionally will one sneak in to use the bathroom and sitting there and feed off Starbucks WI fi . The customers are always pleasant as well as the staff. It's a wonderful place to relax and get your thoughts together with a lovely outside terrace area as well with tables and chairs. Starbucks is a class act and delinquents are not welcome here.

Look, this is not the best area for a starbucks. There are a lot of unpredictable drug users in the area, and is not exactly the safest at night. Foods alright, food prep area is usually not very clean, but nothing that'll kill you (probably). However, the biggest problem is probably the employee attitude, they seem annoyed to have to take orders, and waste time yapping with each other instead of making the drinks. They are also quite loud and are constantly cackling, which makes it hard to do any work or studying, which is what I come to Starbucks for. The racial profiling goes CRAZY in here. White people aren't questioned at all when entering, but the second a black or brown person walks in they get the stink eye and get immediately pressed to order or get out. This was not coming from white employees, mind you! It's best to go further down and go to the Kingston one.

After experiencing this not once but several times this questions my return to this location. Absolutely disgusting! More than once there was even syringes laying on the floor. I draw the line with cleanliness and can only imagine how my coffee is prepared if this is how your bathroom looks! Starbucks do better !

I’ve given this branch 4 tries now. I’ve gotten an incorrect order 2 of the times. My biggest complaint is the wait, there could be 1 car in line but it still takes forever to get your food and drink. I waited in line 15 minutes before just pulling out. Don’t waste your time on this branch, you’re better off driving over to Kingston.

Multiple times I have tried to start an online order and they weren’t taking online mobile ordered because they were closed even thought it was during normal business hours, I like to get coffee before work at 6:35am which they are supposed to be fully open Monday through Friday by then and thay have been closed for no reason at all really ruins my morning if they don’t have the staff to run the store then they shouldn’t have officially opened the store and waited for proper staffing it’s a chain run store and should be open when the hours are listed to be open it’s sad I was looking forward to this new Starbucks it was supposed to be a new and exciting coffee shop for the area and convenient for people going into work instead uour better off going to McDonald’s right next store and spending $1 on their coffee they are open 24/7 and only close if the water main breaks on the street which is out of their hands never have they been closed due to staff or any reason that they could control
